What a free strata management quote includes
Everything below comes to you in writing, so your committee has something real to hold against what you pay now.
A written fee proposal
Our management fee and the disbursements that sit alongside it, itemised. Disbursements are the per-item costs, such as printing and postage, that sit outside the fee.
A read of where you stand
We look at your levies, your capital works fund forecast and your most recent annual general meeting minutes, and tell you plainly what we see. The capital works fund is the money your scheme sets aside for major repairs.
A handover plan
If you decide to move, we set out the steps, who does what, and the notice your current agency is entitled to under your agreement with them.
How the quote works
- Step one
You send us the basics
Use the form on this page. The strata plan number and the number of lots help us most, and you can attach your last annual general meeting notice and minutes if you have them.
- Step two
A licensed manager reads it
One of our managers goes through what you send. If something is missing we will ask you for it rather than guess.
- Step three
We come back in writing
You get the quote and our notes by email, and we are happy to talk them through on the phone with whoever on the committee needs to hear it.
- Step four
Your committee decides
If it is a fit, we will attend a meeting and walk the owners through the change. If it is not, you keep the review and owe us nothing.
