During business hours, Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, call our front desk on 1300 609 605 and we will arrange the right contractor for your scheme’s common property.

Outside business hours, call DJE Building Services, our after-hours contractor, on 0425 366 609 for urgent common property problems such as a burst pipe, a failure of common power or lighting, or a security door that will not lock.

Please note: your strata scheme only pays for works related to common property. Repairs inside your own lot are the owner’s responsibility.
