Metro Strata Management has looked after strata schemes across Canterbury-Bankstown and greater Sydney since 2012. Today we manage more than 1,000 lots for owners corporations who want a strata manager that answers the phone and follows through on what it commits to.

Metro Strata is led by Zafar Ahamed, our Principal and Licensee. Zafar is a licensed NSW strata managing agent (licence 10029095), and the business operates under that licence. Metro Strata is a member of the Strata Community Association (NSW), the peak body for strata professionals in the state.
